City Convenience Off the Grid
Living off-grid embodies different values for different people. Most people choose an off-grid system to be able to live in beautiful and more remote Arizona areas. Most everyone would agree once they have made the adjustment from urban or suburban living to living off the grid the benefits are tremendous:
Greatly Reduced Energy Costs:
Without monthly power bills, you are able to save hundreds of dollars a month and thousands of dollars a year. Along with solar panels, many people install a wind generator to use the wind on those days when there is more wind than the sun and a backup generator for emergencies. Not only do you save money by generating your own wind and solar power, you never have to worry about being disconnected. The sun and wind are renewable and FREE.
No Risk of Power Outages:
When the power grid is down you still have power. Storms, no problem, you always have your backup generator in an emergency. Your lights will be on, your food won’t spoil, and you will be warm or cool depending on the season.
Increased Environmental Awareness:
Managing alternative energy systems and learning the best ways to conserve offers a hands-on environmental education. You become more aware of the patterns of the sun and the Arizona weather. You find that you love that you are using renewable resources and have energy freedom!
Gain freedom from utility company increases, switch to an off-grid system today and reap the savings. Energy Solution Providers is your expert source for off-grid solar installations.

Gain Energy Independence
With an off-grid system, you say goodbye to utility bills forever! Welcome to the freedom of an off-grid system:
1 Solar Panels
Solar panels or solar modules are usually installed on the roof. These solar panels are made up of photovoltaic (PV) cells, which convert sunlight into direct current (DC) power.
2 Charge Controller
Diverts solar power to our battery back-up bank installed usually in your garage or outside of your home. A charge controller is a voltage and/or current regulator to keep batteries from overcharging. It regulates the voltage and current coming from the solar panels going to the battery. Most “12 volt” panels put out about 16 to 20 volts, so if there is no regulation the batteries will be damaged from overcharging. Most batteries need around 14 to 14.5 volts to get fully charged.
3 Battery Backup
Excess solar power is stored in your battery backup system to be used at night, when rates are higher or in case of a power outage your battery backup system gives you unstoppable power 24/7.
The DC power from the solar panels is sent to an inverter, where it is converted into alternating current (AC) power, or standard electrical current used by your home. Your inverter in a battery backup system will draw power from your batteries when the power grid is down or for higher-priced night-time utility rate periods
Your backup generator provides energy in emergency situations or when the storage capacity of your backup battery system is insufficient to meet your power needs.
